"Cara is always helpful and cheery. During our sessions together, she has given me the guidance and support that I’ve needed in order to achieve my goals. I’ve enjoyed Fit Club, it has helped me to reach my goal of walking more and losing weight." 

When I started my program with Cara my top three goals were to balance my diet, walk more and lose weight. Cara was able to help me achieve my goals by meeting with me consistently throughout the program via Zoom meetings in order to check in on my progress and give me the guidance and support that I needed. I was able to reach my goal of walking more often when I joined Fit Club, a walking group that she created for anyone interested in adding more movement into their routine. Since starting my coaching sessions the biggest tangible changes that I have noticed have been that I am now able to eat breakfast again and I now know how to balance my plate in order to keep my blood sugar down. I also am able to exercise more easily and I’ve found a way to add healthier foods into my diet that I enjoy. Cara is always helpful and cheery and she has helped me to reach my goals.
