This simple and easy recipe for apple nachos is my family's go to when we want something sweet. I love this recipe with tart granny smith apples but you can use any kind you'd like. I hope you enjoy this sweet and healthy snack!
1 apple
1 Tbs. peanut butter, melted
1 Tbs. chocolate chips
1 Tbs. chopped nuts
1 Tbs. shredded coconut
Cut the apple into slices and spread them out on a plate cut side up. Drizzle melted peanut butter on top of the sliced apple then top with the remaining ingredients. Experiment with different toppings to see which ones you like best!
