Broccoli Cheddar Chicken Patties

Broccoli Cheddar Chicken Patties


Ingredients:

2 cups Broccoli Florets

2 Eggs

1/2 cup of Breadcrumbs, Seasoned

1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1 pound Ground Turkey


Additional ingredients for cooking:

Additional bread crumbs to coat patties

Avocado or Coconut Oil Spray


Directions:

Add broccoli to the bowl of a food processor and pulse until the pieces are small enough to mix into a burger patty. Then add the rest of your ingredients and broccoli to a large mixing bowl and mix until combined. Once desired consistency is reached, shape into patties and coat with additional bread crumbs. Spray both sides with oil and place into air fryer. Air fry at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes flipping half way through.


Notes:

Make it fun and kid friendly by turning it into nuggets!

If using frozen broccoli, defrost and drain prior to adding to food processor.

Delicious when made into a burger on your favorite bun with bacon, lettuce and tomato.
