Dinner Style Quiche

With a simple, fuss-free crust that comes together in minutes and a customizable egg filling, you can mix in your favorite vegetables, cheeses, or proteins to suit any taste. Ingredients:

Crust- original recipe from 100 Days Of Real Food

3/4 cup unbleached flour

3/4 cup millet or garbanzo flour

1/2 cup butter, melted

2 Tbs. milk (I use almond)

sprinkle of salt


Filling-

10Eggs

1/2 cup milk of choice

1 cup of chopped fresh spinach

1/2 cup chopped ham

6 oz of goat cheese OR fresh feta

1/2 yellow onion

Sprinkle of salt and pepper


Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.


Crust- Mix all ingredients together and press into a pie pan.


Filling- Sautee onion until soft and translucent, add spinach and cook until slightly wilted. Add the spinach and onion mixture to the pie crust. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together all other ingredients. Pour the egg filling into the pie crust and bake for 35-40 minutes or until the eggs are set.
