Super Simple 3 Step Recipe :

1️⃣ Grab a 1 quart jar with a lid

2️⃣ Fill with:

1/2 cup fresh horseradish, grated

1/2 cup fresh ginger, grated

1/4 cup sliced fresh turmeric

1/2 cup onion, sliced or chopped

10 cloves garlic, crushed

1 jalapeño, sliced (optional for heat)

1 lemon, sliced

1 orange, sliced

A few sprigs of rosemary and thyme

Optional: 5-10 fresh cranberries

Raw apple cider vinegar (enough to cover everything)

3️⃣ Place all ingredients into glass jar. Make sure all ingredients are covered with apple cider vinegar. It may be a great idea to weigh them down. Then cover and let it steep in a dark place for 4-6 weeks. Strain and enjoy a spoonful daily!

✨ Pro Tip: Sweeten with a bit of honey if it’s too strong!

In addition to taking a spoonful daily you can add fire cider to many recipes.

Fire Cider’s tangy, spicy flavor can transform your dishes and give a health boost to every bite! Here are a few tasty ways to incorporate it into your daily meals:

  1. Salad Dressings 🥗Replace some of the vinegar in your favorite dressing with Fire Cider for a zesty immune-boosting kick. Combine it with olive oil, a touch of honey, and mustard for a balanced, tangy vinaigrette!

  2. Marinades 🍗Add a splash of Fire Cider to marinades for meats or tofu. It tenderizes and infuses with flavor, especially when combined with olive oil, garlic, and herbs.

  3. Sauces and Dips 🥣Mix a few spoonfuls into sauces like BBQ or stir-fries for an added punch. It’s also fantastic in hummus or guacamole, bringing a little heat and acidity to your dips.

  4. Soups and Stews 🍲Stir a bit into your soup or stew at the end of cooking for a bright finish. Just a spoonful enhances the flavor and adds immune support to cozy meals.

  5. Cocktails and Mocktails 🍹Use Fire Cider as a spicy, tangy alternative to lemon or lime juice in your drinks. Pair it with sparkling water, honey, and a slice of fresh ginger or orange for a refreshing mocktail!

  6. Roasted Veggies 🥕Toss veggies with Fire Cider, olive oil, and spices before roasting. The vinegar caramelizes beautifully, giving a depth of flavor and extra nutrients to your veggies.

Add a little here and there, and your body will thank you! 🌿
