Ingredients:

1 Tbs. honey

½ tsp. vanilla extract

Fruit for topping

2 Tbs. of granola

1 cup of yogurt, coconut or Greek work well


Directions:

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl mix the yogurt, honey and vanilla extract. Spread evenly onto the parchment paper. Top with your favorite fruit, berries work well. If pieces of fruit are large, cut them into bite size pieces before topping the yogurt with them. Sprinkle on the granola and freeze for at least 6 hours. Once completely frozen, remove from the freezer and break

into pieces. You can then put the bark in a freezer safe

bag and refreeze to snack on later.
