Fruit Ice Pops

fruit ice pop

My kids are ALWAYS asking for ice cream and ice pops in the summer. It's definitely one of their favorite summer time treats! As the temperature rises, there's nothing more refreshing and satisfying than indulging in a frozen treat bursting with the natural sweetness of fresh fruits. Crafting your own Fruit Ice Pops is not only a fun and easy endeavor but also allows you to experiment with flavor

combinations and control the ingredients, ensuring a healthier and tastier alternative to store-bought options. These are super easy and my kids love helping me make them.

Ingredients:

2 cups of fruit, fresh or frozen

1/2 cup Canned Unsweetened Coconut Milk

Directions:

Add fruit and coconut milk to the blender then pour into popsicle molds and freeze.

Don't have ice pop molds? We love these: Silicone Ice Pop Molds
