Sprinkle of salt

Sprinkle of Cinnamon

1/4 cup of three kinds of nuts, your choice (I love almonds, walnuts, cashews and pecans)

Optional: Craisins, Raisins, Coconut flakes

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

Combine all ingredients in a bowl except for optional ingredients and add in a sprinkle of cinnamon and salt. Stir once more, then spread onto the baking sheet.

Bake for 15-20 minutes stirring halfway through. If adding raisins, coconut or craisins add during the last 5 minutes of baking. Store in an air tight container for 3-4 weeks.

We love eating this granola with yogurt or as a topping on ice cream!
