Ingredients:

Olive oil

1 Tbs. of Minced Garlic

1/2 Yellow Onion, chopped

12 oz. bag of green beans, cleaned and ends trimmed

Salt

1 Tbs. Sliced Almonds

Shredded parmesan cheese


Directions:

Turn stove on medium, add enough olive oil to cover the bottom of your pan. Add minced garlic and onion and sauté until the garlic is fragrant and the onion begins to become translucent. To the garlic and onion, add a 12 ounces of green beans and sauté until cooked through and the beans start to blister. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and top with 1/2 Tbs of sliced almonds. Sauté 1 min longer. Remove from pan and top with additional 1/2 Tbs almonds and freshly shredded parmesan cheese. Serve warm.
